      How totally lovely. Did the rainbow get eaten after all that effort, or just the gold at the end? i'm not sure I'd want such art to be consumed!!

        It did, every last bit! I didn't expect him to eat it all but I turned around and it was gone! A good '5 a day' day today!

        Thank you! I was just lucky I had lots of colourful veggies in the fridge, and with it being St Patricks day tomorrow there seem to be rainbows every where I look to inspire me!
