    More Muffin Tin Meals

    Today I thought I'd share a couple more of the muffin tin meals that I have made recently.

    For the first one, I was experimenting with 'swapped middles' with the carrots & cucumbers.  Here are a couple of design combinations I came up with;

    The muffin tin meal was made up of the following; Swapped middle cucumber and carrot disks, some shredded roast chicken with a cute giraffe pick, orange cheese stars in mini star silicone cups, and some mini cracker bites.

    The second muffin tin meal was made to tempt the appetite of a little one who was poorly, and off her food, so it contained some of her favourite foods.  It was made up of the following; ritz crackers, cheese cubes with a bear pick, mini bread-sticks, rolled up ham slices, some houmous for dipping and some crinkle cut cucumber.  It worked, only a few bread sticks were left!

    After this I had a request for pudding so I quickly made a special one to match. It was made up of natural yoghurt in a butterfly silicone cup, surrounded by banana flowers, each topped with a raisin 'middle'.

    I'm pleased to say that the pudding vanished very quickly, so hurrah to fun foods for restoring appetites!

      How did you make the cute little carrot/cucumber flowers? Did you just use a small cookie cutter? If so, where did you buy the small cookie cutter?

        Hi Erika, I use mini bento cutters to cut the shapes, like these ones that I sell in the Eats Amazing Shop: /product-category/mini-bento-cutters Hope that helps! 🙂
