Each of these meals includes finger foods from the Organix Goodies range - as I mentioned in my last post, this year I am working with Organix to share my No Junk Journey, but even if I wasn't working with Organix, those foods would still be there as we've been a fan of the Goodies range since I started my first child on solid foods 8 years ago. Every Organix product features the No Junk Promise so that parents can trust that there is no added processed sugar, hydrogenated fat, flavourings, colours, preservatives or anything else unnecessary added to the food.
Back to the muffin tin meals, I've listed the foods served in each meal below. These muffin tin meals were all made for my youngest for his lunches at home and they were all thoroughly enjoyed!
In this muffin tin meal; raw carrot sticks, sliced baby sweetcorn, Organix alphabet biscuits, red grapes (sliced length ways to help avoid choking), homemade roasted carrot houmous and cubed cheddar cheese. Extra fun added with a cute silicone cup and mini bento fork.
In this muffin tin meal; chopped mini Babybel cheese, Organix Mini Gingerbread Men, raw sugar snap peas, clementine segments, cherry tomatoes (sliced length ways to help avoid choking) and turkey slices. Extra fun added with silicone cups and mini bento forks.
In this meal; raw red pepper strips, crinkle cut cucumber slices, chopped Organix oaty bar, cubed red Leicester cheese, homemade carrot houmous and dried apple rings. Extra fun added with a star shaped silicone cup and ocean themed cupcake picks.
In this meal; baby sweetcorn, sliced plum, cucumber sticks, homemade carrot houmous, Organix Mini Cheese Crackers and fromage frais pot (I recommend the Yeo Valley Little Yeos range for fromage frais with no added refined sugar). Fun added with a silicone cup and dinosaur cupcake picks.

You've been busy! I love these ideas and my little ones would really enjoy filling up their own muffin trays for lunch! We also love Organix treats: it's nice to know there are brands you can trust out there for healthy snacks and treats on the go. x

Thank you! I've had the muffin tins for years, I think I found them in our local pound shop originally! You can also find similar on Amazon here: http://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B004RMBJHU/?tag=eatsamaz00-21
