Today I have some lovely and easy, super cute Green Monster Fruit Pops to share with you! This fun treat would be perfect for desserts, party food or just a fun snack for the kids.
Along with two other family food bloggers; Ciara from My Fussy Eater and Sarah from Taming Twins, I was recently set a really fun recipe challenge. We were all asked to create a brand new family friendly recipe to celebrate Beko's partnership with Barnardo's, marking the 150th Anniversary of Barnardo's and the work they’ve been doing to give every child a voice in the UK. Our challenge was simple; to create a fun new recipe that the whole family can enjoy. Each recipe had to be one that that can be cooked together as a family and they all had to feature a key GREEN ingredient!
Not one to do things by half measures, I went completely green for this recipe challenge and created these super fun Monster Fruit Pops!
As this recipe was commissioned for the Beko blog, you'll find the recipe over there, so go stock up on little candy eyes, big candy eyes, green candy melts and cake pop sticks and then head over to the Beko blog for the full recipe, along with two more green and delicious family friendly recipes from Ciara and Sarah!

Disclosure: I was commissioned to create a recipe for the Beko blog but I enjoyed the project so much that I’ve also chosen to share some of the details (with permission) here on the Eats Amazing blog. All opinions expressed in this post are my own.
