Since we have several lunchboxes in various shapes and sizes, I’ve been using them on rotation. It was the turn of the Lego Lunchbox for this lunch, and I threw together a very quick and easy lunch in it. Small Child loves taking his Lego lunchbox to school, apparently his friends think it’s super cool!
In this lunch Small Child had a Pitta Bread, toasted and split in half to make pockets, and filled with ham, light mayonnaise and lettuce. On the side he had raw red pepper sticks, a mini Babybel (cheddar) cheese with tiny circles cut from the wax to look like Lego and some yoghurt covered strawberry fruit flakes. He also had a mini snack pot filled with dried fruit (raisins, sultanas and cranberries) and a banana (not shown). I decorated the pitta bread with the Lego logo (drawn on with an edible marker pen) and added some home-made Lego picks to decorate.
Here’s the same lunch with the snack pot lids on – we both really love these little Lego brick pots!
