Seeing as we're more than half way through the summer holidays already (sob!), I think this post is a little overdue, but today I'm sharing a fun little lunch that I made for Small Child to celebrate the last day of the school year. As you can probably tell from the happy theme of the lunch, we were both 100% ready for the end of term and the lovely long summer holidays!
In this lunch, packed in our Yumbox UK bento box, Small Child had some leftover meatballs, decorated with party hat bento picks and alphabet bento picks spelling out 'YAY', some slices of raw red and yellow pepper and cucumber flowers, mini bread sticks, blueberries and grapes, with a couple of green grape balloons (made using picks from this super fun transform your food bento pick set), organic strawberry yoghurt and a little chick container with sprinkles for the yoghurt inside, and a small gold chocolate coin underneath. I finished the lunch off with two sea creature cupcake picks to decorate.
There wasn't a crumb left of this lunch when I picked Small Child up on the last day of school!
