I wanted to give Small Child leftover pasta bake for his lunch, and was thinking that the Easy Lunchbox was too big for the amount of pasta I had, but then I remembered a cute silicone mould that I bought recently, and it fit perfectly into the big compartment, making the lunch pretty as well as containing the pasta.
In this lunchbox Small Child had leftover tomato pasta bake popped into a gingerbread man shaped silicone mould, with a cute mini fork to eat it with. On the side he had cucumber ‘smiley face’ slices, little red pepper men, and ham roll-ups skewered on food picks in a silicone cup.
For dessert he had a peeled and sliced kiwi fruit, some green grape ‘kebabs’, yoghurt covered fruit flakes and an organic frozen yoghurt tube.
This was a quick and easy lunch to put together, and everything was eaten, apart from one lonely smiley face cucumber slice.
