Recently we bought some fun new mustache bento picks (now also stocked in the Eats Amazing Shop!), and Small Child couldn't wait to use them! He made himself a fun mustache bento lunch, which he decorated liberally with the new mustache picks, which went perfectly with our super fun eyeball bento picks too!
In this lunch, Small Child packed a ham and cheddar cheese sandwich on seeded bread, yellow pepper strips, cucumber slices, a plum, seeded and sliced, some raisins and a few dark chocolate chips. He decorated the whole lunch with lots of mustache food picks, and added eye picks to the sandwiches too. Some of the mustache picks were a little long to go in the lunch box, so we decided to snap them to shorten them. This lunch was packed in one of our favourite lunch boxes, the Yumbox panino bento box.
He also packed a simple snack of a small clementine, peeled and decorated with another mustache pick. The snack was packed in the larger of our Goodbyn dipper boxes.
I was very impressed with seven year old Small Child's lunch packing skills, even if he was a little over-enthusiastic with the food picks!
