Small Child is always delighted with a dinosaur themed lunch, so when I'm feeling a little uninspired I grab my dinosaur sandwich cutter and I'm instantly back on track. This lunch was quick and easy to make, always a bonus on a sleep deprived morning!
In this lunch Small Child had chicken sandwiches with a little light mayo, on seeded bread, cut into dinosaurs with my dinosaur sandwich cutter, and decorated with yellow pepper and cucumber spikes, with eyes dotted on using an edible marker pen. On the side he had cucumber 'dinosaur teeth', with alphabet picks spelling out 'ROAR', a cheese stick, and a kiwi fruit, cut in half with a zig-zag pattern to look like dinosaur eggs.
Nothing was left of this lunch but a couple of empty kiwi skins, so I'm guessing Small Child enjoyed it!
